As the owner of Blue Heron Massage, Mary is a Registered Massage Therapist, frequent participant of Academix programming (hello jujitsu and kick boxing!), and a local Fort Erie resident. Her professional interests include Swedish relaxation massage, prenatal/postnatal massage, cupping, and sports massage therapy.
Massage Therapy is used to assess and treat soft tissues and the joints of the body. It can help to relieve pain from overuse injuries, rehabilitate or augment physical function, address edema, and calm your natural stress response. It is a great therapeutic practice for anyone seeking relaxation, muscle recovery, or improved mobility.
Direct billing allows us to submit claims for massage treatments on your behalf. We currently offer direct billing for Beneva, Canada Life, Desjardins, iA Financial Group, Manulife, Sun Life, Green Shield Canada, The Co-operators and many more. Please contact me below to see if yours is included!
